IN BANKRUPTCY, TOTICE.—EDULJEE MUNCHERJEE VAID, of Victoria, Hongkong, Trader, having tera adjudged Bankrupt under a l'etition for dization of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the faty-first day of December, 1860, is hereby mgaired to surrender himself to William Hastings Gåkander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Last, at the first Meeting of his Creditors, to be wad before the said Registrar on Wednesday, the Second day of March next, at Eleven o'clock is the forenoot precisely, at the said Court,

Ad Persons who have possession of any of the #ets of the said Bankrupt, must deliver the maze to the Official Assignee, and all Debts due Ba the said Bankrupt, must be paid to the sabl uacial Assignee.
