and all other Persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named party, de- reased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Wednesday, the Twenty-sixth day of Ju- munry, A.D. 1870; or, if none, that the next of Kin do accept or refuse Letters of Adminis- tration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such other person as the Court may think fit.
