NOTICE - GEORGE WILLIAM SYBLLING,
of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Junkeeper, having been adjudged Bankrupt un- der a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Sunreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Fifth day of December, 1871, is hereby required to surrender himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Re- gistrar on the Twenty-first day of December instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon pre- cisely, at the said Court.

At the public Sitting, proofs of the Debts of Creditors will be received and the Bankrupt will be required to submit himself to be examined, and to make a full disclosure and discovery of all his Estate and Effects, and to finish his examination.

the winding up of the above named Com- pany by the Supreme Court of Hongkong in its Equity Jurisdiction was on the 10th day of November, 1871. presented to the Honorable the Chief Justice of the said Court by Francis Chom- Jey and Folidoro Francisco da Silva two of the contributories of the said Company and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the said Court on the 22nd day of November, 1871, and any Creditor or Contributory of the said Company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding up of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose and a copy of the Petition will be fur- nished to any Creditor or Contributory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
