Supplement-
to the Legislative Council: Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
I. A Sum not exceeding Eight thousand Dollars shall be and ary Estimates, the same is hereby charged upon the Revenue of this Colony for the Service of the Year 1870, the said Sum so charged being expended as hereinafter specified; that is to say:-

An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to apply a Sum not exceeding Six hundred and Eighty-six thousand Dollars to the Public Service of the Year 1872.

HEREAS the Expenditure required for the Service of this
Colony for the Year 1872, has been estimated at the Sum of Six hundred and Eighty-five thousand Four hundred and Sixty- four Dollars and Seventy Cents: Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
I. A Sum not exceeding Six hundred an Eighty-six thousand Dollars shall be, and the same is hereby charged upon the Revenue of this Colony for the Service of the Year 1872, and the said Sum so charged shall be expended as hereinafter specified; that is to
