AKE Notice thai a petition was on the 25th day of September 1907 presented by LEUNG NGOK LIN of No. 35 Queen's Road Ceutral Victoria Hongkong Broker and Com- mission Agent for a Receiving Order to be made in respect of the Estate of the said Debtor. The said petition will be heard at the Supreme Court of Hongkong on the 24th October 1907 at U o'clock in the forenoon.
And take further notice that if

NOTICR is hereby given that STEVENSON
& HOWELL, LIMITED, of Standard Works, 95a Southwark Street, London, SE., England, Manufacturing Chemists, has on the 19th day of September, 1907, applied for the registration, in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—
A square label having an ornamental border. In the two upper corners is a circle within which is represented a bird standing upon a ring with a ribbon on either side. In the middle of the label is a dise whereon appears the letters "S & H". Above the dise are the words "Red Ball Brand”, Below the disc are various ornamental lines. Immediately beneath the disc and extending across the label is a band which in use bears descriptive mattor referring to the goods. At the foot of the label is a band bearing the word "STEVENSON & HOWELL, LIMITED, London".
