AT THE COURT AT WINDSOR CASTLE,

THE QUEEN'S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN COUNCIL.

Representation from

WHEREAS there was this day read at the Board the Lords of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, dated the 20th January 1871, humbly recommending to Her Majesty in Council that certain Rules be established by the authority of Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to be observed in the form and type used in the printing of all Cases, Records, and other proceedings in Appeals and other matters pending before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, HER MAJESTY having taken the said Representation into consideration, and the Schedule of Rules: hereunto annexed, was pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to approve thereof, and to order, and it is hereby ordered, that the same be punctually observed, obeyed, and carried into execution. Whereof the Judges and Officers of all the Courts of Justice in Her Majesty's dominions from which an Appeal lies to Her Majesty in Council, and all other persons whom it may concern, are to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
