̃OTICE.—RAFAEL BOTTADO, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Clerk and Mercantile Assistant, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong, in Bankruptcy, on the Third day of Aprü, A.D. 1871, is hereby required to sur- nder himself to William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, the Registrar of the said Court, at the Est meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the Second day of May, A.D. 1871, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon or that day precisely, at the said Court.

William Hastings Alexander, Esquire, is the Oficial Assignee, and Mr. John J. Francis is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.

A public sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Banki apt to pass his fual examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first meeting of Creditors, the Regis- trar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Cre- ditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignce Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

At the public sitting, proofs of the Debts of Creditors will be received and the Bankrupt will e required to submit himself to be examined, al to make a full disclosure and discovery of his Estate and Effects, and to finish his Lusination.

Netice is also hereby given to all persons indebted to the said Bankrupt or that have any fhis Effects, not to deliver the same, but to the
