Liu Awa, and Liu Yun, both anga a Latues of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong- kong, Masters and Owners of the Fung Cheong Loong shop, situate in Jervois Street, Victoria afore- said, wherein they carry on bu- siness as wholesale and retail Drapers, Mercers, and Outfitters, and also Masters and Owners of the Yee Woo Loong shop also situate in Jervois Street aforesaid wherein they also carry on the like trade and business.

Deed of Assignment of all the Estate and Effects of the said Liu Arra, and Liu Yun, to Leong On, of Victoria aforesaid, a Trustee, absolutely to be applied and ad- ministered for the benefit of all Creditors of the said Liu Awa, and Liu Yun in like manner as if the said Liu Awa and Liu Yun had been at the date of the above Deed duly adjudged Bankrupts.

I certify the above to be a true Copy of the wathy in the Registry Book of Deeds under "The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1864,"

HEREAS an Action has been commenced in this Colony, at the suit of the above named Burjorjee Cowasjee, against the above named Somjeebhoy Visram, to recover the sum at One thousand and Ten Dollars, and Twenty- three cents, money due from the Defendant to the Plaintiff on a Promissory Noe made or Bill drawn by the Defendant in favor of the Plaintiff and for Freight er certain goods carried by the Plaintiff at the request of the Defendant and for work done and services rendered by the Plaintiff to the fendant at bis request, and it being alleged that the said Somjeebuoy Visram does not reside within this Island or its dependencies,

writ of Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Eighth day of February, One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-one, wherein Jan Mahomed Somjee, of Hongkong, Merchant, Sorabjee Rustomjee, of Hongkong, Broker, and Horinusjce Bezonjee Dantra, of Hongkong, Medical Practitioner, are Garuishees.

Notice is hereby given thereof, and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action, the said Somjeebhoy Visram or any person on his Þ half, will give the security and notice, and le the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- manes of this Island, entitled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved,
