lution for the Voluntary Winding-up of this Company was duly passed at an Extraordi- nary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company held on the 9th day of July last, which was afterwards duly confirmed at another Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on the 22nd day of August instant, pur- uant to the Companies' Ordinance, 1865.
