OTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the Provisions of Ordinance No. 9 of 1870, Section III, an Order has been made by the Honorable Julian Pauncefote, Acting Chief Jus- tice of the said Court, limiting the time for Cre- ditors and others to send in their claims against the above Estates to Monday, the 30th day of June, 1873, on or before which date all claims must be proved, otherwise they will not be in- cluded in the Scheme of Division.

HEREAS an Action has been commenced in this Court, at the suit of the above named William Dolan, against the above named William Henry Shannon to recover Four thou- sand Six hundred and Seventy-five Dollars or thereabouts, and it being alleged that the said William Henry Shannon does not reside within this Island or its Dependencies, a Writ af Foreign Attachment has been issued returnable on the Sixth day of November, One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-two, wherein John Mar- tín Armstrong and Francis Waldemar G. von Stockhausen are Garnishees,
Notice is hereby given thereof and that if at any time before final judgment in this Action, the said William Henry Shannon or any person on his behalf will give the security and notice and file the appearance or plea required by the Ordi- nance of this Island, entituled "An Ordinance to provide for and regulate process in Actions at Law against Persons absent from the Colony," the said Attachment may be dissolved.
