He must have a knowledge of building, and must have served his apprenticeship at a trade. Application must be made personally, for further particulars and terms, at the Office of the Surveyor General.

NOTICE.

A supply of Read's Patent Syringes for watering Flowers and Plants having arrived from England in excess of what is required for the Public Gardens, a certain number of them have been placed with the undersigned for disposal.

The price is Three Dollars each.
