OTICE.-FRANCISCO D'ASSIS VANDEN- BERG, of Victoria in the Colony of Hong- kong, unemployed Mercantile Assistant, having heen adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Fifteenth day of July, 1872, a Public sitting for the said Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge, will be held before the Honorable Henry John Ball, Acting Chief Justice of the said Court, at the Supreme Court House, Victoria, Hongkong, on Wednesday, the Fourteenth day of August, 1872, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely.
