in this Court, at the suit of the above named John Jack against the above named Wil- liam Francis Brown Sams, William MeGregor Smith, and Victor Kresser, as Copartners, car- rying on business under the style or firm of

Wahee, Smith and Company, and no appearance has been entered for the said Victor Kresser in the said Action, and he is alleged to be absent from the Colony.

Notice is hereby given that unless the said Victor Kresser or some person on his behalf shall enter an appearance for the said Victor Kresser to the said Action, on or before the Twenty-
