The selling price of these is 12 cents each and they can be exchanged for a postage stamp of the value of 25 centimes (or 23d.) the equivalent of that sum in countries mentioned below which have adopted this arrangement.
The Coupons from other countries will be exchanged by the Hongkong Post Office and its Agencies in China for one 10 cent stamp.
