Provisions of the Companies Ordinance, 1865, a Special Resolution of this Company was duly passed on the 13th day of May, 1873, and confirmed on the 28th day of May, 1873, whereby it was resolved that the Company should be voluntarily wound up, and that by a further Re- solution duly passed and confirmed on the same days, I, G. F. HEARD, of Hongkong, Merchaut, was appointed Liquidator of the said Company.
