with the provisions of Ordinance No. 9 of 1870, Section 3, au order has been made by the Honcmble John Smale, Chief Justice of the said Court. limiting the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above Estates to Wednesday, the 31st day of Dec, mber, 1873, or before which date all claims must be proved, therwise they will not be included in the scheme of Division.
