T is hereby notified that the First Floor of the House hereinafter mentioned, that is to say, No. 64, Wanchai Road, was on the Twenty-eighth day of May, 1873, pursuant to Section XXIII of the above Ordinance, declared by me under my Hand and Seal of Office to be an Unlicensed Brothel.
