IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY. "OTICE.-CHEANG TSE-KI, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, lately Keepor of Licensed Brothel No. 14, Hollywood Road, Taipingshan, Victoria aforesaid, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for ad- judication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Twenty-third day of April in the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy- three, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honorable William Hastings Alexander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on the Twenty-first day of May, 1873, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that

TO LUK-WONG-SIE, of Victoria, Widow. TAKE NOTICE, that a Citation has issued under Seal of the Supreme Court of Hong- kong in its Probate Jurisdiction, dated the Fif-day precisely, at the said Court. teenth day of May, 1873, whereby you, Luk- Wong-She, are cited to appear within Fourteen days after the service of such Citation, and bring in the Letters of Administration of all and singular the Estate and Effects of Luk-Yip-Chow hereto- for granted to you by the said Court, and show cause why the same should not be revoked, with an intimation that in default of your appearance, the Chief Justice of the said Court will make such order as may seem fit.

The Honorable William IIastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Edmund Sharp & Toller, are the Solicitors acting in the Bank- ruptcy.

in the Company, will be held at the Head Officc, 44, Queen's Road Central, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon of Saturday, the 14th June next, for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Accounts to the 31st May, 1873, and the Report of the Directors, and for the election of Directors and Auditors.

The Transfer Books of the Company will he Closed from the 1st to the 14th instant both days inclusive.
