An absolute Assignment of all the Debtor's Estate and Effects real and personal of every kind and nature soever, excepting only One hundred Dollars worth, upon trust for the benefit of ail the Creditors of the Debtor in like manner as if the property so conveyed and as- signed had become vested in the Trustees as the Assignees of the Debtor under the Debtor's Bank- ruptcy.

I certify the above to be a true Copy of the entry in the Registry Book of Deeds under "The Bankruptcy Ordinance, 1864."
