In re The Bankruptcy of JAMES WILLIAM PEARCE, and BENJAMIN EDWARD GALL,

TOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors of the said JAMES WILLIAM PEARCE and BENJAMIN EDWARD GALL late of Victoria, Shipchandlers, will be held pursuant to the 151st Section of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, Ja the Supreme Court House, on Thursday, the Bird day of January, 1873, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, before FREDERICK SOWLEY HerFAM, Esquire, Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, the Officer appointed by the Supreme Court sitting in Bankruptcy.

Proofs of Debts will be received, and Creditors who have not proved, or who shall not then prove, will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend that may be declared, and all claims not proved will be disallowed.
