NOTICE is hereby given that the Court

has by virtue of Section 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897 made an Order limiting the time for Creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 16th day of November, 1907.

All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send in their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

THE SAVOY LIMITED.

OTICE is hereby given that a special resolution was passed at an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the above named Company held at the Registered Office of the Company on the 21st day of August, 1907, and confirmed at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1907, as follows:---

1st. That it is desirable that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. F. H. DOOLITTLE and Mr. QUAN HING both of Hongkong Merchants be, and they bereby are appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

2nd. Should it be to the advantage of the said Company and should the said Liquidators so decide. they may at their option remove all or any part of the goods, stock, fixtures. &c., as they may consider advisable to Shanghai, Vladivostock, or such other place or places as they may decide, and there dispose of the same, or should a purchaser be found, may Sell THE SAVOY LIMITED as a going

concern.

"A Hexagonal figure having in its centre

the representation of a Globe upon which appear the Four Continents Europe. Asia, Africa and North America and South America. On the right hand side of such representa- tion appear in Chinese characters the words The Globe' and above the said representation appear in English characters and Chinese

The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but they intend forthwith to use the same in respect of Fire crackers of all kinds and sizes in Class 20.
