[OTICE.—ALEXANDER MORRISON, of Vic-
cantile Assistant, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court on the Twenty-third day of April, in the Year of Our Lord 1874, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honorable William Hastings Alexauder, the Re- gistrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held on the Sixth day of May, in the Year of Our Lord 1874, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon of that day precisely, at the said Court.
The Honorable William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Caldwell & Brereton are the Solicitors acting in the Bank- ruptey.
A public sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the debts of Creditors and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
