Arrangements have been made for the Registration of Correspondence exchanged between the United States of America and this Colony by Pacific Mail Packets, and the Packets of the Occidental and Oriental Steam Ship Company.
The Registration Fee will be 8 cents for each letter, over and above the Postage. well as the Postage, must be prepaid.
No letters can be Registered after 2 P.M. on the day of departure of the Mail.
