NOTICE is hereby given that the following radio message has been received:-
Warning to all ships and stations-derelict target raft partly submerged, 2 miles north of North-east Promontory-Aberenda standing by position ---dangerous to navigation.

Yangtze River-Changshan Channel.
Provisional Marking of Changshan Channel.-Copper Bank.
NOTICE is hereby given that, owing to the deterioration of the Cooper Bank Crossing, the Changshan Channel, situated to the westward of the Cooper Bank Crossing, will shortly be marked provisionally by means of Buoys for daylight navigation to meet the demands of deep-draught vessels.
Vessels are warned against using the Changshan Channel before a further Notice is issued.
