No. S. 375.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Charcoal", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 17th day of January, 1921, for the supply of Charcoal to the Government Opium Factory for the term of 11 months from the 1st February next.
The Charcoal to be delivered free of charge to the Government Opium Factory as and when required by the Government.

No tender will be received unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Government, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
For further information, apply to the Imports and Exports Office.
For form of tender, apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
