Position: N. Lat. 43° 12′ 4′′; E. Long. 141° 1' 34" (the degree being added 0° 0' 11" E. to that of the Japanese Admiralty Chart No. 5).

Description:-Circular concrete tower, white.

Height of light :-41 "shaku" above the base; 48 "shaku" above the water,

Character of light:-6th order acetylene gas occulting green, light 3 secs.; eclipse

3 secs.

Illuminated arc :-The whole horizon.

Power:-80 candles.

Visibility:9 nautical miles in clear night.

Power-80 candles.

Visibility :--9 nautical miles in clear night.

N.B.-If, the lights being kept no attendance, go out by accident there may be some delay in

relighting them.

Gulf of Siam-Goh Chang-Wreck at the Coast.

Ar the North coast of Goh Chang, North-East of Lem Darn, a wreck of a Chinese junk is lying in 21 Meters least water at a distance of about mile from the coast.

The superstructure of the wreck and one mast are visible also at high water. Approximate position:-Lat. 12° 8' 20" N.; Long. 10° 18' 30" E.
