CHENG HENG, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Mess Compra- dore, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptey on the Eighth day of June, in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-five, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honorable William Hastings Alex- ander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar, on Monday, the Twenty-first day of June, in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-five, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon of that day pre- cisely, at the said Court.

The Registrar of the said Court is the Official Assignee.

A public meeting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first meeting of Creditors, the Registrar will receive the proofs of the debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
