Notice of any Inaccuracies, Omissions, Objec- tions, &c., must be given to the Registrar on or before Tuesday, the 16th day of February, 1875, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of Ordinance No. 11 of 1864.

It is further notified that no person whose name is in the List as a Juror will be excused from service on the ground of any exemption to which he may be entitled, or on the ground of any want of qualification, unless such exemption shall have been claimed and established, or such want of qualification duly proved, at or before the time above specified.

NOTICE.-CHANG Sz carrying on business LY at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong as a Stone Cutter and Contractor, having been adjudged Bankrupt, under a Petition for adjudi- cation of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptey on the Third day of February in the Year of our Lord 1875, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Hono- rable William Hastings Alexander, the Registrar of the said Court, at the first Meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Registrar on the Twenty-fourth day of February, in the Year of our Lord 1875, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon of that day precisely, at the said Court.

The Honorable William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Messieurs Stephens and Holmes of 2, Club Chambers, Victoria afore- said, are the Solicitors acting in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.

Notice is also hereby given to all persons in- debted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, not to deliver the same but to the Official Assignee.
