in the County of Lancaster in England, Merchant, trading under the Style or Firm of "John Pender and Company."
Defendants, JOHN CHARLES BALDWIN,
and DAVID WELSH, now or lately trading together at Hong- kong as Merchants, under the
Style or Firm of "R. McGregor and Company."
The Honorable William Hastings Alexander is the Official Assignee, and Henry Lardner Dennys is the Solicitor acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first Meeting of Creditors the Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
Notice is also hereby given to all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects to deliver the same to the Official Assignee.
