AVIS.
Les heures sont données en temps moyen astronomique.
Les hauteurs sont exprimées en décimètres et comptées à partir d'un niveau situé à 2 mètres audessous du niveau moyen. Le niveau adopté est à peu près celui auquel out été rapportées les sondes des cartes.
Les marées de Do-son sont en avance d'environ une heure sur celles d'Haï-phong; les hauteurs sont les mêmes.

Notice is hereby given, that about the month of August next a Light will be exhibited from a Lighthouse which has been erected on Cape Foulwind, the position and characteristics of which are as follows:--
