No. S. 223.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood, and Prunings from Trees", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 25th September, 1920.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
No. S. 224.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for making Tree Pits, Planting Trees, and Sowing Seeds in situ", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 25th September, 1920.

No. S. 225.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Flower Pots", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 25th September, 1920, for the supply of Flower Pots required by the Botanical and Forestry Department for the year
1921.
