IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY.

́OTICE.—BENJAMIN ROBERT STANFORD, carrying on business at Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, as a Shipbuilder, having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hongkong in Bankruptcy, on the Twenty-ninth day of April, A.D. 1876, is hereby required to surrender himself to Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, the Acting Registrar of the said Court, at the first meeting of his Creditors, to be held before the said Acting Registrar, on the Tenth day of May, A.D, 1876, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon of that day precisely, at the Court House.
Frederick Sowley Huffam, Esquire, is the Official Assignee, and Messrs. Stephens & Holmes are the Solicitors acting in the Bankruptcy.
A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed by the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination, and to make application for his discharge, of which sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.
At the first Meeting of Creditors the Acting Registrar will receive the proofs of the Debts of Creditors, and the Creditors may choose an Assignee or Assignces of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects.
Notice is also hereby given to all Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or that have any of his Effects, not to deliver the same but to the said Acting Registrar.
