Trade Mark No. 1 is to be used by the Applicants in respect of Articles of Clothing, in Class 38.

Trade Marks Nos. 2 and 3 have been used by the Applicants in respect of Articles of Clothing, in Class 38.

Trade Mark No. 4 has been used by the Applicants and their predecessors in respect of Flour in Class 42 since 1906.

Trade Mark No. 5 has been used by the Applicants in respect of Fermented Liquors and Spirits, in Class 13.

Trade Mark No. 6 has been used by the Applicants in respect of Matches, in Class 47. Trade Mark No. 7 will be used by the Applicants in respect of Perfumery (including Toilet Articles, Preparations for the Teeth and Hair and Perfumed Soap), in Class 48.

NOTICE is hereby given that the GOODALL

WORSTED COMPANY, a corporation of the

State of Maine in the United States of America, and having its principal place of business at Sandford in the State of Maine aforesaid, have on the 27th day of October, 1919, applied for the Registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

Palm Beach

in the name of GOODALL WORSTED COMPANY, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Linen and hemp piece goods, in Class 27. Cloths and stuffs of wool, Worsted or hair, in Class 34. Woollen and worsted and hair goods, not included in Classes 33 and 34, in Class 35. Cotton Piece Goods, of all kinds, in Class 24.

The Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the Words "Palm-Beach."

A facsimilic of the above Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks in Hongkong and of the undersigned.
