NOTICE is hereby given that the Superintendent of Customs and the Treaty Power Consuls have declared the port of Kobe to be cholera-infected.
All vessels arriving therefrom will be governed by the Sanitary Regulations for the port of Shanghai.

Establishment of the "Woosung Creek Buoy".
NOTICE is hereby given that, on or about the 22nd instant, a black buoy, gas lighted, showing a white light occulting every 8 seconds (4 seconds light, 4 seconds eclipse) will be moored in 20 feet of water, L.W.S.T., on the eastern side of the fairway abreast the Woosung Creek, the Woosung Lighthouse bearing N. 13° E. mag., distant 1'1 mile.
This buoy will be known as the "Woosung Creek Buoy."
