KITCHEN'S REVERSING RUDDER COMPANY, LIMITED, of Royal Liver Building, Liverpool, England, for Letters Patent in respect of an Invention for "Improvements in and relating to means for rever- sing boats without reversing the propellers".
OTICE is hereby given that the Petition, Declaration and Office Copies of the British Letters Patent and complete Speci- fication required by the above mentioned Ordi- nance have been duly filed in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the above named KITCHEN'S REVERSING RUDDER COMPANY, LIMITED, by Messrs. JOHNSON, STOKES & MASTER their Solicitors, to apply to His Excellency the Governor in Council for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hongkong of the said Invention And Notice is hereby also given that a Sitting of the Executive Coun- cil before whom the matter of the Petition will come for decision will be held in the Council- Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 29th day of July, 1920, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
