It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Magazine Gap Road", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1920, for the construc- tion of a 20-foot road from Wanchai Gap to Magazine Gap.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification, and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following radio-telegram has been received from the S.S. Deucalion
Dangerous wreck mast projecting 2 feet above water latitude 30° 30' N., longitude 122° 29' E.-Parry Island bearing S. 69° W. true, distant 43 miles from wreck.
Immediate steps are being taken to verify this report.
