NOTICE.

MEETING of the Creditors of the Com-

pany will be held on the Nineteenth day of June, 1920, at the Offices of Messrs. SHEWAN, TOMES & Co., St. George's Building, Hongkong, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, pursuant to the provisions of Section 181 of the Companies Ordinance, 1911.

At this Meeting the Creditors will be asked to determine whether an Application shall be made to the Court for the appointment of any person as Liquidator in the place of or jointly with WALTER JOHN HAWKER, the Liquidator appointed by the Company, or for the appoint- ment of a Committee of luspection.
