OTICE is hereby given that at an Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the Mem- bers of the above Company duly convened and held at the offices of Messrs. SHEWAN, TOMES & Co., St. George's Building, Chater Road, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on the third day of May, 1920, the following Special Resolution was duly passed, and at a subse- quent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company also duly con- vened and held at the same place, on the twenty-second day of May, 1920, the following Special Resolution was duly confirmed :--

"That the Company be wound up volun- tarily and that WALTER JOHN HAWKER, of St. George's Building, aforesaid, Chartered Secretary be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up at a remuneration of One hundred dollars
