NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition,

Declaration and Specification required by the above mentioned Ordinance have been duly filed in the Office of the Colonial Secre- tary of Hongkong and that it is the intention of the abovenamed FERNANDO STAUD Y XIMENEZ, by DENNYS & BOWLEY, his Solici- tors, to apply for Letters Patent for the exelu- sive use within the Colony of Hongkong, of the abovenamed invention at a sitting of the Executive Council to be held at the Council Chamber on Monday the 9th day of September, 1907, at 2.30 p.m.
