T and Extraordinary General Meeting of the INNAMINCKA STEAMSHIP COMPANY, LIMITED, duly convened and held at the office of Messrs. JoHNSON, STOKES & MASTER, Solicitors to the Company, Prince's Buildings, Ice House Street, Victoria, Hongkong, on Monday, the 22nd day of March, 1920, at 12 o'clock noon, the Subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company also duly convened and held at the same place on Tues- day, the 6th day of April, 1920, the Subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly confirmed as a special Resolution, namely:---
"That owing to the sale of the S.S. Innamineka it is advisable to wind up the Company and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Arthur Rylands Lowe, Char- tered Accountant of the firm of Messrs.
