Cauit Point.
The automatic acetylene flashing white light on Cauit Point, east coast of Mindanao, has been reported not burning. It will be relighted as soon as practicable and proper notice will then be issued.

New Buoys Established-Manila Bay.
Two more B.R.II.S. can buoys, third class, have been established in the inner Break- water, Manila Bay, to mark the danger area where the new Pier No. 7 is under construc- tion.
These buoys are located at the western end of the proposed Pier. Vessels and launches are warned not to pass between these buoys as there are a number of test piles submerged in this area.

PLOVER POINT-KNUCKLE BUOY TO BE MOVED.
NOTICE is hereby given that on or about the 26th March, 1920, the Knuckle Buoy, moored off the northern edge of the shoal to the eastward of Plover Point, Yangtze River, will be moved about 9 cables S. 761° E., magnetic, from its present position, its charac- teristics remaining unchanged.

NORTH AND SOUTH CHANNEL ENTRANCES.
Survey Work to be Commenced-Special Floating Survey Marks to be Placed. NOTICE is hereby given that a survey of the North and South Channel Entrances to the Yangtze River will be commenced on the 1st April, 1920, and will be in progress for several months.
The relieving Light-vessel Tienching is to be used in connexion with this survey as a mark-boat, and during the time that she is thus employed her hull will be painted white and she will only exhibit the usual riding-lights of a vessel at anchor. White mark-buoys will also be laid as necessary. Black flags may also be placed on the floating aids to navigation.
