SPECIAL CONDITION.
The purchaser shall, within three years from the date of sale, spend a sum of not less than $1,000 on the construction of a bund on the seaward side of the lot to the satisfaction of the District Officer and shall maintain the same in good order, condition, and repair to the like satisfaction during the whole period for which the lot is sold.

A list of work may be obtained at the Goverument Marine Surveyor's Office. The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.
