OTICE is hereby given that the Petition
Declaration, Specification, certified copies of the Printed Complete Specification and Letters Patent required by the above men- tioned Ordinance have been duly filed in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong, and that it is the intention of the abore-named SAMUEL DAVIES by Mr. MATTHEW JOHN DENMAN STEPHENS his Solicitor and Agent to apply to His Excellency the Governor in Council of Hongkong for Letters Patent for the exclusive use within the Colony of Hong- kong, of the said Invention, at a Sitting of the Executive Council to be held at the Council Chamber at the Government Offices, Victoria, Hongkong, on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 9.30 a.m.
