is that PROBATE of the
LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of the above- named CHARLES MAY, deceased, having been granted to THEOPHILUS GEE LINSTEAD and the Honourable JAMES RUSSELL, the Executors in the said Will named. All Persons indebted to the above Estate are requested to make immediate payment, and all Creditors having Claims against the said Estate to send in their Accounts to Messrs. LINSTEAD & Co., Queen's Road, with- out delay.

In the Matter of CHA Sz, a Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Meeting of
the Creditors of CHA SZ, trading under the style of TYE LEE, who was adjudicated Bankrupt on the 13th day of September, 1878, will be held before the Honourable CHARLES BUSHE PLUNKET, Registrar of the Court, at the Court House of Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1879, at Eleven of the clock in the forenoon, precisely, where the Creditors' Assignce will submit a Statement of the whole Estate of the Bankrupt as theu ascertained, of the property received and of the property outstanding, spe- cifying the cause of its being so outstanding, and of all the receipts and of all the payments thereout made, and any Creditor who has proved may attend and examine such State- ment and compare the receipts with the pay- ments. And the Meeting will declare by resolution whether any and what part of the said produce of the Estate (after making a reasonable deduction for future contingencies) shall be divided amongst the Creditors, and at the same time the majority in value of the Creditors will determine whether any and what allowance shall be made to the Bankrupt out of the Estate; and Creditors who have not already proved their debts, are to come pre- pared to prove the same, or they will be ex- cluded the benefit of the said dividend, and all claims not then proved will be disallowed. Dated the 1st day of July, A.D. 1879.

been appointed my Sole Agent for the sale of all Coal produced from the Takasima Mines, and all purchases of such Coal must be made through him and his representatives on and after the 16th instant.
