T is hereby notified that the First Floor of the house hereinafter mentioned, that is to say No. 43, Wellington Street, was on the Twelfth day of November, 1880, pursuant to Section XXIII of the above Ordinance, declared by me under my Hand and Seal of Office to be an Unlicensed Brothel.
