and all other persons, to produce any Wills or Codicils of the above named person, deceased, that may be in their possession, before the Supreme Court, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on Saturday, the 25th day of September, A.D. 1880; or if none, that the next of kin do accept or refuse Letters of Administration, failing which, Letters of Administration will be granted to the Registrar of the said Court, or such person as the Court may think fit.
