4. Each Student, having once been adnitted
into the Hospital, will have to study medicine

5. Each Student who has fulfilled his term of ive years, has to serve a further term of three vars for the benefit of the Hospital, first, to how that he himself is not ungrateful, and next also to widen his experience and knowledge. But the Hospital will also pay him then a small -alary to prevent his pursuing his duties with raving unsatisfied. The rate of payment will e during the first year four Tacls a month, during the second year six Tacls, and during the
hird vear eight Tiels a month. An exception
lali be marle, however, in the case of Students who, before the expiry of the term of five years, attin to good and mature professional know- elge or who are recommended by the Hospital Association for transfer to some other Benevo- Beat Institution.
6. Each Student shall, on completing his torn of five years, be examined by the Medical Tutor, acting in committee with the other Doctors of the Hospital and with the Directors of the Hos-
pital, in the ordinary subjects of his studies, and
his work is found satisfactory and shows
xperience sufficient for professional practice, the Hospital Association will give him a certificate and issue at their own expense a public adver- tisement setting forth his attainnents.
7. As to the differences which will appear mong the Students as regards diligence or lazi- ess, cleverness or dullness, it is now resolved hat the Medical Tutor shall hold, either him- or in committee with the Directors for the

8. All the Students are required to observe
