IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that as an Extra-
ordinary Meceting of the Shareholders of the above Company, held at the Head Office, Nos, 8 and 9, Praya West, Victoria, in the Island of Hongkong, on the 17th day of Decrm- ber, 1879, it was resolved to dissolve and wind up the said Company, and that all outstanding Policies should be redeemed. Such outstanding Policies having now been redeemed, all Persons having any CLAIM against the above Company are hereby requested to forward full Particulars thereof to the Solicitors of the said Company on or before the 10th day oo May next, after which date a General Distribution of the Assets will take place, and no Claim will be admitted thereafter.
