I have the honour to report that owing to the extra work thrown on the Police on the days 4 Race Meeting it is customary to reinforce the Wanchai District by men from Out-stations.
2. In lopendent of the above it will be necessary to weaken the night duties by 10 Europeans, 18 19-8 envanel 12 Chinese, for three nights, I have to apply for authority for this.
