IN THE SUPREME COURT OF HONGKONG IN BANKRUPTCY. [OTICE.-AU YEUNG LOK, of No. 27,

Jervois Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, lately trading under the name or style of "U Locug," having been adjudged Bankrupt under a Petition for adjudication of Bankruptcy, filed in the Supreme Court of Hong- kong, on the 5th day of January, 1880, is hereby required to surrender himself to the Honourable CHARLES BUSUE PLUNKET, the Registrar of the said Court, at the FIRST MEETING of Creditors to be held by the said Registrar ou MONDAY, the 26th day of January, 1880, at 11 of the clock in the fore- noou, precisely, at the Office of the Registrar of the said Court.

The said CHARLES BUSHE PLUNKET is the Official Assignee, and Mr. H. L. DENNYS is the Solicitor in the Bankruptcy.

A Public Sitting will hereafter be appointed hy the said Court for the said Bankrupt to pass his final examination and to make application for his discharge, of which Sitting notice will be given in the Hongkong Government Gazette.

At the First Meeting of Creditors' the Regis- trar will receive the Proofs of the Debts of the Creditors, and the Creditors who shall have proved their debts respectively, or the majority in value of the said Creditors are hereby directed to choose at such meeting an Assignee or Assignees of the Bankrupt's Estate and Effects, to be called the Creditor Assignee or Assignees.
